Ingredients: This essential oil is produced by steam distillation of the flowering tops of Thymus Masticina and consists of terpenes and carvacrol. Terpenes: Any of various unsaturated hydrocarbons, C10H16, found in essential oils and oleoresins of plants such as conifers and used in organic syntheses. Confider: Any of various mostly needle-leaved or scale- leaved, chiefly evergreen, cone-bearing trees or shrubs such as pines, spruces, and firs. Carvacrol: An aromatic phenolic compound, C10H14O, found in plants such as oregano and savory and used in flavorings and fungicides.
Purpose: May be used massage and skin care products or in the bath, a diffuser, or a vaporizer.
