      I use the cushioned 180/400 file. love them. they are long enough to get a good grip, but not so long that i am bumping into other things. the cushioned middle reduced vibration, which is handy if the clients nails tend to be brittle. i switched over to the non-cushioned variety to save money, but am not loving them. will be going back to the cushioned file when I re-order. worth the extra dollars.
