White Glove Shipping:
Let us help you with the delivery and placement of large equipment, like massage tables and pedicure thrones. Universal Companies White Glove Delivery Service includes the following services:
- Notification call or scheduled appointment prior to delivery
- Lift gate at delivery
- Minor assembly
- Delivery up 2 flights of stairs
- Placement of the item where you designate in your treatment room or area
- Removal of all shipping debris (shipping pallet, cardboard, and protective wrapping)

Special Shipping Information:
- Please note that expedited shipping of Hazmat items will incur an additional Hazmat fee.
- Please see Returns Policy for a complete list of items that are non-returnable.
- When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Taxes: Universal Companies does charge sales tax. If you have a resale certificate please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a tax exempt form.
When placing an order for international delivery, please call Universal Companies at 800.558.5571 or email email@example.com. Shipping charges for deliveries to freight forwarders in the United States or deliveries outside the continental United States will be quoted by email within 2 business days of your order. Please note the following:
- Some brands or items may be prohibited from international distribution.
- Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
- We can accept international credit cards. But in some cases, including large orders, we may require a wire transfer.
