Offer your clients drug-free pain relief* by using kinesiology tape at the end of a massage. Then, to help them reduce discomfort between appointments, recommend kinesiology taping for home care. Taping alleviates pressure on pain receptors, provides a physical barrier to harmful range of motion, and aids in muscle recovery.
Designed by doctors and engineers, SpiderTech’s pre-cut designs feature a patented numbering system. This makes it easy to just snap and stick! The Pre-Cut Ankle Tape provides support to the joint without limiting its mobility. Ankle sprains can create instability, soreness, stiffness, and swelling. SpiderTech ankle kinesiology tape can help alleviate much of the discomfort that accompanies these symptoms.
SpiderTech tape is water-resistant, latex-free, and made with hypoallergenic glue in a safe, sterile environment. If the tape is applied on clean, dry skin without touching the adhesive with fingers, it will last around 10 days through showers and sweat. For best results, remove hair prior to adhesion.

How to Apply
A well-applied ankle kinesiology tape provides the needed support, stability, and compression for the ankle joint after an injury. Here's how you can use the SpiderTech ankle pre-cut kinesiology tape to tape an ankle right, every time.
Before you put any of the Spiders on, remember to make sure the area is clean and dry, free of any hair, lotions, and oils.
1. To get started, tear each of the perforations along the black lines.
2. Once you have torn all the perforations, place it on the foot so that section one is on the bottom and section two is on the top of the foot. Depending on the size of the foot, the hole goes between your first and second or your third and fourth toes.
3. Take off the backing of section one entirely and let the tape lay on the skin as is. Rub over the top of the tape.
4. Repeat Step 3 for Section 2.
5. Peel the backing of Section 3 halfway and make a fold. Lay the tape on the skin without any stretch.
6. Continue peeling the backing off and allow it to go up and round over the back of the heel. Make sure there aren't any creases.
7. Peel the backing of Section 4 halfway so that you have a tab to hold on to. Guide the section to either side of the tendon without any tension in the tape.
8. Ask the client to point their toes down towards the ground. Peel the backing of section five down partly, and then fold it to make a tab. Lay Section 5 down smoothly onto the front of the shin without any stretch.
9. Rub over all sections of the Spider to make sure the tape is adhered to the skin and stays on for its intended time of up to 10 days.
