Offer your clients drug-free pain relief* by using kinesiology tape at the end of a massage. Then, to help them reduce discomfort between appointments, recommend kinesiology taping for home care. Taping alleviates pressure on pain receptors, provides a physical barrier to harmful range of motion, and aids in muscle recovery.
Designed by doctors and engineers, SpiderTech’s pre-cut designs feature a patented numbering system. This makes it easy to just snap and stick! The Pre-Cut Shoulder Tape was developed to ensure your clients achieve maximum support to their shoulders.
SpiderTech tape is water-resistant, latex-free, and made with hypoallergenic glue in a safe, sterile environment. If the tape is applied on clean, dry skin without touching the adhesive with fingers, it will last around 10 days through showers and sweat. For best results, remove hair prior to adhesion.

How to Apply
With the shoulder pre-cuts, there is a right, and a left, so make sure you have the correct one for the shoulder. This is a left shoulder Spider. Remember, before you put any of the Spiders on, you want to make sure that the area is clean and dry, free of any hair, oil, or lotions.
1. Bend and tear all the black lines where all the perforations are. Make sure you get all of them torn before you start.
2. In Section 1, create your own center cut and fold back the tabs so you can hold on to it without getting your hands on the adhesive.
3. Section 1 is going to go just below the top of the shoulder blade, right in the center so that the corner is right on the front of the shoulder blade.
4. Peel the Section 1 backing off and lay the tape on the skin. Rub over the top of the tape to make sure it has adhered to the skin.
5. Place the hand behind the back. Remove the entire backing of section two. Turn and take Section 2 over the shoulder. You want the section to end at the top of the shoulder blades in the back. You will put a slight amount of stretch on the tape, depending on the size of the person.
6. Section 3 is going to come straight down from the shoulder blade, running parallel to the spine. Repeat Step 4.
7. Place the hand on the opposite shoulder blade. Repeat Step 4.
8. Return the arm to the side and bring it straight back. Peel the backing off Section 5 partly to create a fold. Repeat Step 4.
9. Section 6 lays up towards the top of the shoulder. Repeat Step 4.
10. Bring the arm in front of the body and repeat Step 4 for Section 7.
11. Place the palm on the back of the head to bend the elbow and repeat Step 4 for Section 8.
12. Rub over the entire application to make sure the Spider has adhered to the skin.
