How to Apply
Finger jams are a common injury when playing sports like volleyball and basketball. They occur when a ball makes direct contact with the tip of the finger, causing pain first in the fingertips, then in the knuckles. Depending on the severity of the injury, the knuckle may be bruised, swollen and have a decreased range of motion.
Here’s how you can use the Small Fan Pre-Cut Spider to stabilize and protect the joint while allowing a normal range of motion after a finger jam injury.

Fold and tear the perforations along the black lines.

Peel most of the backing off of section one to leave a tab. Align section one with the top of the wrist and lay the tape down with no stretch. Make sure the tape is centered on the wrist.

Starting with the outermost projection, peel off the paper backing and apply the tape on the skin with no stretch. The projection should extend from the wrist to the pointer finger.

Repeat step 3 with all other section two projections, working from the pointer finger to the pinkie finger.

Rub over the application to activate the glue.
