Summer is the season of our greatest anticipation and fondest memories. Create both in your spa with these aromatherapy recipes for diffusing, massage, and body treatments. Your clients will look forward to their appointments and the memory of your spa will linger long after their treatments are finished.
Spa In Paradise
An exotic blend designed to soothe and uplift the senses, transporting your guests to a serene tropical oasis. This essential oil blend promises a rejuvenating escape.
Diffuser – Fill diffuser with water. For every 1 oz. of water, add these essential oils: 2 drops of Sandalwood, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang, 5 drops of Sweet Orange, and 2 drops of Ginger.
Massage Oil, Cream, or Lotion – Mix 4 oz. of unscented oil, cream, or lotion with these essential oils: 1 drop of Sandalwood, 1 drop of Ylang Ylang, 3 drops of Sweet Orange, and 1 drop of Ginger.
Polish or Scrub – Mix 8 oz. of salt or sugar with 4 tablespoons of a carrier oil of your choice. Stir until well blended. Add the following essential oils: 5 drops of Sandalwood, 5 drops of Ylang Ylang, 10 drops of Sweet Orange, and 2 drops of Ginger.
Sweet Sun Tea
A vibrant blend that captures the essence of a sunlit garden in bloom. This refreshing mix offers a citrusy zest balanced by the calming notes of lavender, perfect for creating an inviting and soothing atmosphere in any setting.
Diffuser – Fill diffuser with water. For every 1 oz. of water, add these essential oils: 10 drops of Sweet Orange, 10 drops of Lemon, and 2 drops of French Lavender.
Massage Oil, Cream, or Lotion – Mix 4 oz. of unscented oil, cream, or lotion with these essential oils: 5 drops of Sweet Orange, 5 drops of Lemon, and 1 drop of French Lavender.
Polish or Scrub – Mix 8 oz. of salt or sugar with 4 tablespoons of a carrier oil of your choice. Stir until well blended. Add the following essential oils: 15 drops of Sweet Orange, 15 drops of Lemon, and 5 drops of French Lavender.
Ocean
A crisp and refreshing blend that evokes the revitalizing spirit of the sea. The zesty lemon brightens the cool, minty eucalyptus, while earthy vetivert grounds the scent, creating an invigorating aroma that brings the cleansing freshness of ocean breezes to your space.
Diffuser – Fill diffuser with water. For every 1 oz. of water, add these essential oils: 10 drops of Lemon, 5 drops of Eucalyptus, and 2 drops of Vetivert.
Massage Oil, Cream, or Lotion – Mix 4 oz. of unscented oil, cream, or lotion with these essential oils: 5 drops of Lemon, 2 drops of Eucalyptus, and 1 drop of Vetivert.
Polish or Scrub – Mix 8 oz. of salt or sugar with 4 tablespoons of a carrier oil of your choice. Stir until well blended. Add the following essential oils: 10 drops of Lemon, 5 drops of Eucalyptus, and 2 drops of Vetivert
Summer Romance
A deeply sensual and inviting aroma. This blend is perfect for setting a romantic mood, capturing the essence of a warm, star-filled summer night with its intoxicating and harmonious scents.
Diffuser –Fill diffuser with water. For every 1 oz. of water, add these essential oils: 2 drops of Patchouli, 4 drops of Ylang Ylang, 2 drops of Sandalwood, and 10 drops of Sweet Orange.
Massage Oil, Cream, or Lotion – Mix 4 oz. of unscented oil, cream, or lotion with these essential oils: 1 drop of Patchouli, 2 drops of Ylang Ylang, 1 drop of Sandalwood, and 4 drops of Sweet Orange.
Polish or Scrub – Mix 8 oz. of salt or sugar with 4 tablespoons of a carrier oil of your choice. Stir until well blended. Add the following essential oils: 5 drops of Patchouli, 8 drops of Ylang Ylang, 4 drops of Sandalwood, and 10 drops of Sweet Orange.
