  2. Heat Plateau (30 to 60 Minutes)
    Heat production stabilizes, allowing therapists to alternate between massage, stone placement, or other techniques without continually exchanging stones.

  3. Gradual Cooling (60 to 90 Minutes)
    As the treatment continues, the tools gradually cool. During this phase, they can still be incorporated into massage techniques, stone placement, or client-held applications, depending on the service.

Rather than managing the temperature of multiple stones throughout the treatment, therapists work within the system's predictable heat cycle.
