Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat. Cure for 10 seconds in the CND™ LED Lamp using preset button 1.
- Apply 2 layers of CND™ SHELLAC™ in Seeing Citrine to the nail using the 5-point polish method. Cure each layer for one minute in the CND™ LED Lamp using preset button 2S.
- Create CND™ VINYLUX™ Polish Transfer:
- Apply a thin layer of CND™ VINYLUX™ Cream Puff to the stamping plate and scrape excess off from the plate. Using a rubber stamper, pick up the transfer and let it remain. DO NOT TRANSFER.
- Using a detail brush, fill the image directly on the stamper using CND™ VINYLUX™ Create different colored sections leaving some areas transparent.
- Apply a thin layer of CND™ VINYLUX™ Top Coat over the transfer and allow to dry on stamper for 2-3 minutes.
- Use tweezers to delicately remove polish transfer from the rubber stamper and cut out shapes to create a unique VINYLUX™ polish transfer.
- Press the CND™ VINYLUX ™ polish transfer into the sticky layer of cured gel polish with a silicone tool.
- Apply a layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Original Top Coat. Cure for one minute using preset button 3.
- Clean with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol.
- Use a striping brush and CND™ SHELLAC™ NO WIPE+ Top Coat to outline the polish transfer. Cure using preset button 3.
- Use a cosmetic sponge to burnish in Over the Top Effect and remove excess.
- Use a striping brush to reapply CND™ SHELLAC™ NO WIPE+ Coat over the chrome portions. Cure using preset button 3.
