Love this product!!
a really great therapy enhancement for services!
Very nice smell. Works well
Herbal Poultice Massage is such a holistic modality as it offers peace, tranquility and allows sore muscles to breathe and relax. Not only do they provide a lasting relief of pain, but they also feed mind, body & spirit. Don't even be tempted to purchase an off brand. These are awesome and your clients will be back!
Our spa has tried many different types of poultice and find these to be the best, they smell divine, hold heat and have good ingredients. Also love the resealable bag to send clients home with after their session.
This is very well, can hope our customers
Guests love adding this to their massage. Its a win-win for both guest and therapist!
I've been using other poultices from Thailand. Recently I found myself having to adjust how I'm giving pressure and self diagnosed ulnar nerve entrapment. I hit my funny bone. I do a mix of therapies in sessions. I wanted to give my forearms and elbows a break but still be able to give clients some pressure and not have to use this through direct pressure. This is a winner. I bought these to try out. First client had been getting meds and shots for an issue in sacral triangle. I used one of these to try it out and she hasn't had to take meds for a week. Set up: have a dark colored hand towel. Use this to blot excess moisture. Follow instructions on the bag. Now I use the bag as a bowl and when it begins to get cooler I stick back in the back with the water and it somehow does this simmering effect and warms up. I re squeeze the juice out and re apply. This poultice is very aromatic. Smaller (half the size) than what I typically use so a bit more of a small/medi size. Enough to fit in the palm of your hand if you don't have huge hands. It holds its shape and stay pliable but firm. I like this. The heat lasted 2 hours consistently. But I sent home with client so not sure how long after that the heat held. It's not overly warm, it will get lukewarm which is why I put back in the sack in the water. My client loved the experience. I will buy again my hands didn't hurt after doing the session. It allows me to give compression, vibration, and rolling up the muscle without any extensive energy from my arms. I hope this makes sense. Client reported the warmth was soothing and the added pain relief was a benefit for both her mind and body. Best of all most Thai compress prep involves steaming at least 20 to 30 min prior in a steamer or crockpot and then the clean up of these devices. This....3 min. Use the bag and throw it away in the bag OR gift it in it's bag to the client.
Nice self heating poultice
A therapist suggested this modality and I am so grateful to find this product. No use of a steamer and the heat lasts for a good amount of time
Can these be used on the face?
Hi Sabina,
Great question! No, we do not recommend using these poultices on the face. However, this same vendor does offer a heated facial mask that you may like. The link is below.
