The Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel is the first step in the tinting system to create impactful eyebrows and expressive eyelashes. Designed for lighter skin and hair color types, this cool, ashy brown shade suits neutral and cool undertones particularly well. Each tube provides approximately 15–20 applications, making it ideal for professional brow and lash services.
