Chat How to Create the "Frost Bitten Freeze" Nail Design

Supplies Needed:
- CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat

CND™ SHELLAC™ Gel Polish Colors:
- Frostbite
- CND™ SHELLAC™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat
- CND™ LED Lamp
- Plastic Film
- Tweezers
Step-By-Step:
1. P.E.P. the natural nail.
2. Apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ Base Coat. Cure for 10 seconds in the CND™ LED Lamp using preset button 1.
3. Apply two layers of CND™ SHELLAC™ Frostbite. Cure each layer for one minute using preset button 2S.
4. Apply a thin layer of CND™ SHELLAC™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat. Do Not Cure.
5. Place a piece of plastic film onto the uncured CND™ SHELLAC™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat. Using Tweezers move the plastic film to cretae dimension. Do not remove the plastic film.
6. Cure for one minute using preset button 3.
7. Gently remove the plastic film.
