Extremely uncomfortable

I was so excited for these, however they are extremely uncomfortable for clients. they are not malleable enough to press over the entire eye, so clients don't even feel the cold. there are stiff, hard, sharp seams all the way around that also prevents them from sitting all the way on the eye, and are very uncomfortable. I'm so surprised by all the positive reviews. . .

While under the steam towel, I wrap these in a folded 4X4 and while the mask penetrates the eyes get a great de-puffing! Clients love it!

Any of our disinfectants will work, but we recommend trying [Rejuvenate Disinfectant](https://www.universalcompanies.com/collections/rejuvenate/products/rejuvenate-disinfectant-cleaner-concentrate) as it is a less harsh cleaner.
