This is supposed to come with the perm and neutralizer. The first package they sent to me only came with a neutralizer. I contacted them they were nice to send me a “replacement” but they sent another neutralizer and NOT a perm solution. When I contacted them again they were not helpful at all. They asked for pictures of all four items. I explained I only every got 2 neutralizer, and I specifically asked for a perm solution in my emails and said I did not want any money back I just wanted to the product I paid for a perm solution and 1 neutralizer . 2 neutralizers will not help me complete my services so now I’m losing out in money, and they’re just blaming the “warehouse” or refectocil. I’m All around disappointed. I’d rather just have bought my items directly from Refectocil and will do so in the future.
