Renew Hydraulic Facial Chair

The quality is so cheap. Thin.

I ordered this facial bed for my new business, excited that it was the final piece. This bed came wrapped in plastic UNDER the assembly. Making it impossible to put it together quickly. I had to completely disassemble the bed to remove the plastic and then proceeded to assemble the rest. The plastic has nothing to do with protecting anything on this bed. I was almost finished and then the screws for the headrest( That had nothing to do with the original assembly) didn’t line up and go through. Welding over the screw hole( Manufacturer defect) prevented it from being able to go through to secure the headrest. Rendering this bed completely unusable and unsafe.
