SpiderTech Pre-Cut Neck Kinesiology Tape

The Pre-Cut Neck Tape is designed to support the muscles surrounding the neck. Since it’s flexible, it allows individuals with neck injuries to remain active, and it can assist others in preventing injury to this sensitive area.
SpiderTech tape is water-resistant, latex-free, and made with hypoallergenic glue in a safe, sterile environment. If the tape is applied on clean, dry skin without touching the adhesive with fingers, it will last around 10 days through showers and sweat. For best results, remove hair prior to adhesion.

How to Apply
1. Fold along the black lines and tear the paper apart along the perforations between each section.
2. Grab both Section 3s and place the Spider on the back of the client’s neck so that you can measure exactly where you'd like it to end. Have the client stand up nice and tall and bring their chin down to their chest. You want the ends of Section 3 to end just about an inch below the center of the hairline.
3. Peel off the paper backing of section one and rub over the top of the tape to ensure that the tape sticks to the skin.
4. Peel off the entire paper backing of Section 2, and hold on to the tab of section three to lay the tape down along the side of the spine without stretching or touching the application adhesive.
5. Repeat Step 5 on the opposite side.
6. To apply Sections 3 and 4, bend the head to the opposite side.
7. Take the paper backing off Section 3 and hold on to Section 4 before laying down Section 3.
8. Peel off most of the paper of Section 4 to create a paper tab. Lay down Section 4 without any stretch. Rub over the top of the tape to make sure it’s stuck well on the skin.
9. Repeat Steps 8 and 9 on the other side.
10. Once the tape is down, you should see a ripple effect that helps relieve pressure as it’s lifting on the skin. For anyone with stiffness or discomfort in the neck, this is the application you would use.
