SpiderTech Pre-Cut Wrist Kinesiology Tape

Designed by doctors and engineers, SpiderTech’s pre-cut designs feature a patented numbering system. This makes it easy to just snap and stick! The Pre-Cut Wrist Tape is designed to provide dynamic support for the muscles surrounding the wrist and forearm. This application helps to alleviate minor pain and symptoms associated with wrists and fingers.
SpiderTech tape is water-resistant, latex-free, and made with hypoallergenic glue in a safe, sterile environment. If the tape is applied on clean, non-oily skin without touching the adhesive with fingers, the tape will last around 10 days through showers and sweat.

How to Apply
Make sure the targeted area is clean and dry, free of hair, lotions, or oils.
1. Tear all the perforations, bend where the black line is, and tear the backing of the tape.
2. Place your middle finger through the hole labeled "1" and pull it back, so it rests at the base of your middle finger.
3. Peel off the backing of Section 1 entirely.
4. Flip the application, lay the tape on the skin, and rub to activate the glue.
5. Flip your hand over and take the backing of Section 2 off. Repeat Step 4.
6. Flex your wrist down and peel off the backing of Section 3 off, three-fourths of the way. Bend it backward, so you have the tab, and then lay it on the skin without any stretch.
7. Peel the backing up to put the rest of the tape on. You want to smooth it out and make sure you don't have any wrinkles.
8. Rub over the entire tape once it's on the skin to activate the glue.
9. Take care when removing this tape application. Do not rip it off! Push and roll the tape off the skin slowly.
