 Towel Cabi or Warming Tray: Place pack in a dry towel cabi or warming tray for 25–35 minutes. Ensure the unit is free of moisture and not overcrowded.
 Microwave: Heat for 1½ to 2 minutes. Shake gently to distribute heat. Reheat in 30-second increments as needed.

 

Cool
Seal in a plastic bag and chill in a freezer or cooling unit for at least 1 hour.

Works great to lay on top of face cradle when used as a pillow while the client is supine. Just wish it was a little bit more dense, all the filling falls towards the ends and isn't dense enough to support the client's neck alone.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the Theratools Neck Wrap can be microwaved. We recommend microwaving it for 2 minutes to start, testing it, and then putting it back in the microwave for 30 second increments until the desired temperature is reached. It can also be heated in a dry warmer if you have more time. We hope this helps!
