Winter brings the quiet fall of soft snow and the spirited chatter of holiday gatherings. Capture these moments and release them throughout your spa with these easy aromatherapy recipes. Peppermint, eucalyptus, orange, and cedarwood are just a few of the scents that will enchant and delight your clients during this magical time of year.
Winter Solstice
This invigorating aromatherapy blend evokes the crispness of a winter morning, offering a soothing escape from the holiday season's demands. Rosemary awakens the senses with its herbaceous warmth, Eucalyptus clears the airways with its refreshing sharpness, while Peppermint adds a cool, tingling lift.
Diffuser: Fill diffuser with water. For every 1 oz. of water, add 3 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, 2 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.
Massage Oil, Cream, or Lotion: Mix 4 oz. of unscented oil, cream, or lotion with 1 drop of Rosemary Essential Oil, 1 drop of Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 1 drop of Peppermint Essential Oil.
Polish or Scrub: Mix 8 oz. (1 cup) of salt or sugar with 4 tablespoons of carrier oil of your choice. Stir until well blended. Add 6 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, 4 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil, and 6 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.
Warmth
A comforting and inviting aromatherapy blend designed to evoke a sense of cozy warmth and tranquility. This luxurious blend features the bright and cheerful notes of Orange alongside the spicy warmth of Clove and the rich, grounding aroma of Cinnamon Leaf.
Diffuser: Fill the diffuser with water. For every 1 oz. of water, add 5 drops of Orange Essential Oil, 3 drops of Clove Essential Oil, and 1 drop of Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil.
