I really wanted to love

I really wanted to love this mag lamp but the head of the lamp does not rotate which defeats the purpose. Reached out to customer service over a week ago and still waiting on instructions to process a refund

Ideal Lamp!

I've been looking for a affordable lamp that is good quality and a compact size. This is perfect. The light has two brightness settings and the magnifier has a protective cover while not in use. Our technicians like the oblong rectangular shape of the magnifier better than the traditional round viewing hole.

Can this item attach to a steamer?

Great question. Yes, it can be removed from the stand. It could be used to attach to a steamer but we do not recommend this unless you purchase a larger, heavier base that works with the steamer and then a mag lamp adaptor that works with the stand.
