Rancid facial wash

I received a rancid facial wash in which I sold to my client. Needless to say she was not a happy camper. Plus we both had to wait quite awhile to even receive the product. Naturally since it was out of stock & on back order, I expected it to be really really fresh. However, it was just the opposite.
