Nice lamp

I’m happy with this mag lamp for the price. I kind of wish it had one more brighter setting, but it definitely works for my purposes. It does seem like a quality product and design. No squeaking and it does stay in place where I put it.

A nice change

Nice lamp, smaller and less clumsy than your basic mag lamp, not creaky and no lid closure which I always end up removing anyway. So far it's a definite upgrade.

Very nice counter mountable lamp

This is a very nice lamp, tightens perfectly into a counter and has a nice reach. Very bright LED, perfect for brow waxing. Slim and compact and nicely adjustable. I will be purchasing more for my other treatment rooms.

I have ben a working Esthetician for over 30 years and have used many mag lamps. This one is very bad. I was replacing a DayLight Slim that I had used for 5 years that desperately need a new knob. I contacted the company and they answered to say they would get to it, but never did. So I decide to buy a new one. Big mistake, this one has 3 knobs, which makes it very hard to adjust quickly. Plus one of the biggest down side is the that the mag light is very heavy! So be advise that this lamp is poor design for an Esty. Maybe not for some crafty stuff, but definatly not for us!!!!

The insert is thin and lifts out of the stand easily. We have to be careful in using it. The in/off switch is easy.

I bought this lamp last year. It started squeaking when I would move it, so I put WD-40 on it. Now I can’t make it stay in place. :( I’m thinking of ordering another one. I was wondering if there are any replacement options other than me purchasing a new one? I absolutely love this lamp because of the look, sleek and slim design, and function.

Thanks for reaching out. We are so sorry about the lamp. Our technical guru said that you are probably going to need a new lamp. You could take yours apart and clean it thoroughly to remove the WD40.



The mechanism works almost like a gear box and once you add lubricant it starts slipping.
