My order was delivered in

My order was delivered in a timely manner and all contents were correct. The Citrocel wax cleaner leaked all over the shipment and have tried addressing the company several times but they do not respond. I do like Depileve wax and will probably order from them direct. (Usually never post a negative review but super surprised that Universal did not provide better customer service support)
