I needed a bed warmer for facials. I thought this one would be fine since it is Earthlite. I plugged it in turned it on and it worked for maybe a little over an hour. I would like to know a way to fix it because I need it. If anyone knows how to get it turning back on that would be great. Maybe it is just defective.

it's not the same design as before. clients feel every wire and you can see wires on their skin. also, the only setting that is warm is the highest level. horrible
