Poor quality for price

The worst quality professional product I have ever purchased. I got 2 double warmers and opened one to test, it barely heated our oil. I decided to return them both, even had to take a 20% loss. The price does not meet the quality and please don’t make the same mistake that I did.

Takes a good 3 hours to get the lotion completely warm. Faster to just put your lotion bottle in the towel warmer if you have one. All together it is cute & does it’s job.

Other companies offer this warmer with bottles included for $70. What makes this unit without bottles included priced high? Is this unique in some way?
