– 1 Tbsp French Sea Salt
– 1 tsp dried rosemary + chamomile
Warm and apply during body wraps or post-exfoliation massage
Respiratory Relief Poultice (Chest or upper back)
– 1 Tbsp Himalayan Salt
– 1 Tbsp dried eucalyptus, peppermint, and thyme
