Facial Steamer with Ozone & Stand

Isn’t working after 2 weeks

This steamer lasted 24 months exactly, then started leaking and overheating. The first one I received didn’t work at all, I had to call my credit card company to finally get it refunded. I just purchased another brand from another company.

I’m not happy at all. It’s such an expensive steamer and all the vapor goes out from underneath and drips water all over. They sent me another rubber part and it didn’t fixed the problem . Still waiting for their reply.

Steamer works great. It is quiet and the steam and ozone come out strong. If I am using it and turn it off and try to turn it back on and it is somewhat close to the minimum water line it will not turn back on. So make sure you add water between clients so that you don't run into that issue.

This is a great steamer. Hopefully it lasts longer than our last few, but so far so good.

We very much needed new steamers. This is sturdy and efficient and does not take up too much space, and affordable.

This is my first “real” spa steamer! It’s amazing, and my clients love the Ozone steam to get them glowing. Obsessed with the quality and performance of this!

I purchased this steamer in paste June of 2024 based on all the great reviews. I didn’t receive it for over a month but when it arrived and i set it up i was super pleased with it.
HOWEVER, it suddenly stopped working less than 3 month later! I followed care instructions but one day the power just stopped coming on! DON’T WASTE $400 like i did!

The best steamer for facials!

I like this steamer, have used it in the past. I've been a professional skin therapist since 2005 and have gone through a lot of steamers. It used to be that a steamer would last you several years. Not the case anymore. It makes it really hard to find a steamer since they can be so pricey. This one will last you a while until the toggle on/off breaks. That's usually what does it with this one. I've yet to figure out how to fix that. I think this one will retail you under $400 with UC. You can buy the exact same one, and get two of them, if you go to Alibaba, for under $300, shipping included. But, you have to order in advance since it takes a few months. If you've noticed your steamer is dying, you don't have that luxury of time to wait, order this one. I actually sent mine back bc I realized I'd ordered the wrong item. How UC charged me just over $30 for shipping yet I had to pay $75 to get it back to them, same UPS, I'll never understand.

Great quality steamer! Perfect amount of steam comes out of the steamer and doesn't take very long to heat up. Definitely my favorite steamer I've ever used, and I've been in this industry for 8 years now. It is very easy to clean and maintain. It is also the perfect size and this unit fits perfectly in our treatment room! This website has great products for the spa.

This is by far the most reliable steamer. I have tried others, but nothing compares to the quality and years of performance. I highly recommend this steamer.

Came as expected and works great . Was worried about only 4 feet not 5 but it seems stable. The part are strong than most so much is made cheap but this better than many

I've owned this steamer for about 6 months now. It's pretty good. Steam is consistent, it's easy to fill with water, and ultra quiet. The wheels don't roll very well on my vinyl plank flooring, they just drag. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, a quality steamer that is reliable.

The steamer is nice BUT I had trouble putting it together. The bottom pieces didn’t slide into each other easily like with other steamers. It’s quiet and works well but paying over $400+ with shipping, I would want to not have to ask my dad to saw a piece off so it slips right in. Couldn’t risk exchanging it because my other broke and i needed it asap.

Great steamer. This will be the 2nd steamer that I own from B&S.The first steamer that I had lasted for about 7 to 8 years. This steamer makes no beeps while you're doing your treatment. It holds plenty of water and blows out lots of steam. Worth every penny.

I’m very happy with the vapor coming out. Clients love it too. Distilled water must be used!

This unit is quite, simple and easy to use with a great stream of steam. It’s not overly complicated with things to break. I highly recommend.
