Customers praised these hydrotherapy bags as "excellent" and "amazing" for professional spa and treatment use. They "keep water hot for such a long time" and are "easy to use." The large size effectively covers shoulders for relaxation. One reviewer called it "a hot tub in a bag!" Though heavy when filled, customers highly recommend for sessions.
