I've been using this cradle for 2 months. It was great at first but now when my clients are face down, the cushion pushes away from the platform & their face hits the firm bottom. Did I get a lemon? Terrible!

Very cushy. I wish that the velcro would have come not attached so that I could have picked the correct velcro to attach to my headrest. Clients don't notice that it is new so I'm not sure that it makes much of a difference. Their sinuses still get stuffed
