RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer, 0.5 fl oz

For a more intense makeup effect and longer-lasting results. The Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensifying Primer prepares the skin for even tinting. 

Choose “Medium” for a softer effect.
Choose “Strong” for a very intense result.

Application 

1. Attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads or RefectoCil Eye protection papers with RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask.

2. Optionally apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensifying Primer in Strong or Medium only to the eyebrows–leave on for 4 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip.

3. Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Base Gel–leave on for 2 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip.

4. Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Activator Gel–leave on for 1 minute and remove with moist cotton ball.
