I was really disappointed in how cumbersome the unit was it takes up so much room. The unit is poorly made and designed in china with all plastic components even the canister for the water is plastic. It worked okay a few times but the steamer seal does not close properly and constantly beeps. The unit was awful to put together and now Im missing a piece . I wanted to return it right after I bought it but the company said sales were final after use when it was literally turned on.

Unfortunately, this steamer has been a disappointment. It leaks due to a faulty seal, even though it was brand new. When we first received the unit, it already had cracked paint and visible rust, which was very concerning for a new piece of equipment.
We expected much better quality and condition for a professional-use steamer. We are currently working with customer support to resolve the issue, but based on our experience so far, we would not recommend this machine.

This is a terrible cheap steamer arrived to me broken. Universal company still won’t give me a refund or give me an answer. It been a month
