It has an ozone feature, a knob timer, and a sturdy, adjustable stand with 5 legs. It comes with a plastic water container. Additionally, it has essential oil capability in the steamer nozzle. The swivel arm can be moved 180° and is rotatable at 360°. Made with durable metal casing.

Pretty good

Nice steamer. The steam is a soft fine mist. The nozzle moves 360° so the steam is always in the perfect place. There is a mesh basket for fresh herbs too. The only downside is the ticking. Yes I was aware of the ticking when I bought it. The ticking is soft & it’s hard to hear when the steamer is running. But when the steam turns off it still ticks for a couple of minutes. If you manually turn the dial down the ticking will stop but I don’t know if that will eventually damage the steamer

Don’t recommend

This steamer smells like burning plastic, the ozone does not work well and the quality of the stand is poor.

Great steamer

I have only had mine for two weeks, but so far so good. I love being able to use tap water and adjust the nozzle where the steam comes out.

Still no product

I haven't receive the steamer and it's been approaching a month since I purchased it. I haven't receiving a tracking number just different estimated shipping dates which have come & gone. Really inconveniencing me.

Does this steamer make a ticking sound ? If I purchase it and use it and find out it does can it be returned?
