Treatment Recommendations

Warm stones using a safe, professional method such as a roaster-style warmer, Theratools Warming Tray, or Mobile Warming Bag. Always test the stone on your forearm first—it should feel comfortably warm, never hot. Then, check in with your client before placement to ensure it feels safe and soothing. Use in sweeping strokes on the calves, biceps, and shoulders to release tension, support circulation, and provide soothing thermal comfort. These stones strike an ideal balance of heat, control, and ergonomic ease.
