 Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
 Allow to fully air dry before storing in a cool, dry place.

 • Towel Cabi or Warming Tray: Place booties in a dry towel cabi or warming tray for 25–35 minutes. Ensure the unit is free of moisture and not overcrowded.
 • Microwave: Heat for 1½ to 2 minutes. Shake gently to distribute heat. Reheat in 30-second increments as needed.

 

Cool
• Seal in a plastic bag and chill in a refrigerator or freezer for 1–2 hours.

The aroma is nice, and the boot stays warm for a long time. I wish the herbal packs in the bottom of the bootie were more evenly distributed. They tend to bunch up to one end. Also, as others have stated, it would be nice if there was a heat pack on the top, or maybe some quilting or fleece.

The herbal pack is not made the way it was in the past.

The herbal packs that are inserted into booties are flimsy. Ive a used a pair from Theratools made years ago that look the same except for the herbal pack inserts. The booties themselves are well made. Be better if they had fitted insert liners that could be washed.

Could be better

I love the idea of these booties, but in actuality they don't retain heat very long due to the herbal pack being solely on the bottom side (this is different than the mitts, which are completely surrounded). They are also a bit clumsy to put on the feet, would work better if a slit was created at the heel.

Burned a hole in one

Be careful heating in the microwave. Even though I have heated them in the microwave before with no issues, this last time burned a hole in one of the footies. I was very disappointed considering I had only used them a couple times, I did buy another set, though. I just won't be heating them in the microwave anymore. My clients love them.

These are a joke

I was excited to order these and when they came all it was was a very thin material sewn into an oversized floppy shoe-like shape with two little heating pad inserts that you're supposed to insert into the pouch sewn into the underside of the foot. It looks like there is heat material all over the booties, on top and around the ankle even in the pictures, but the only heat these give you is a little on the bottom of the foot. May as well get a couple disposable heating pads and put them in your socks, I'm sure it would feel better. Awful product. I returned mine.

Poor design

The design of this bootie is not good. The herbal is made within the bootie so you can never wash the bootie from you handling it, which I feel is not good because every therapist has lotion on their hands and the booties will eventually get dirty. I did not keep them

Provide only partial heat.

I'm disappointed these booties only provide heat to the bottom of the feet. I purchased them to use for paraffin treatments but because they only provide heat for one side of the foot they are not going to work. Instead I will purchase the Eco-Fin booties for full coverage so my clients feet are warm and toasty on the tops and bottoms.
