Thoughtfully formulated, this lotion includes cetearyl alcohol, but don’t let the word “alcohol” fool you. Cetearyl alcohol is a hydrating fatty alcohol that hydrates, softens, and conditions hair. For strength and volume, this rich lotion also contains rice protein. Additionally, this neutralizer utilizes hydrogen peroxide rather than sodium bromate. Vegan certified by The Vegan Society. Cruelty-free. 10 Sachets / 1.5 mL each.
